Tifffany with her daughter

Meet Tiffany

Diagnosis: Moderate to severe ulcerative colitis

Tiffany has always had a love for cheer and dance. She turned her passion into a career by opening her own studio, where she was able to share her love with her daughters and other students. But when her moderate to severe ulcerative colitis began to interrupt her coaching, she knew it was time to act.

Tiffany's Family

The impact of XELJANZ

Tiffany’s UC symptoms made it harder to coach her cheer teams and be present with her family. She tried several medications, including TNF blockers, but didn’t experience enough symptom relief. After discussing the potential benefits and serious side effects of XELJANZ as a treatment option with her doctor, together they decided she would try XELJANZ.

I started to feel less symptoms and… I reached out to my doctor and told him that I think it’s working.

After trying XELJANZ, Tiffany noticed an improvement in her UC symptoms, including less frequent bowel movements and reduced blood in her stool. She remembers being so excited when her doctor told her that with the colonoscopy results and her symptom improvements, he thought she was in remission.* Tiffany is looking forward to coaching cheer and spending time with her family.

Tiffany's enjoyment

Tiffany in focus

Tiffany enjoys watching her daughters compete in cheer and soccer. The family is looking forward to traveling and have already planned their next cruise. While her daughters are eager for the water slides and excursions, Tiffany is most excited to be alongside for all the memories.
