Right when you wake up in the morning, and right before you go to sleep, take a few minutes to think about potential goals to discuss with your doctor.

SEE IT TO BELIEVE IT.

In your head, take a moment to create a scene where you’ve accomplished something you really want. What comes to mind? Who would be there with you? And how would you feel?

GIVE YOUR GOAL AN AFFIRMATION.

This is as simple as saying it or writing it down every day. Including a simple phrase such as “I can do this,” “I deserve it,” or “I know I can achieve this” can provide an added boost of motivation.
