SETTING MY GOALS

The most important first step is to listen to yourself. Then you can work with your doctor to try and make these goals happen. Below are a few steps to help you get started.

TAKE NOTE.

Think about some goals you’d like to work toward and jot them down. You can go into as much (or as little) detail as you’d like. The PsA Journal you received in your Welcome Kit can help you collect your thoughts about your goals.

BREAK IT DOWN.

Big goals may feel less overwhelming when they’re broken up into smaller, attainable milestones.

HOLD YOURSELF ACCOUNTABLE.

Telling your friends about your plans, or writing them somewhere you can plainly see them, are great ways to keep your goals top of mind.

CELEBRATE.

Whether you accomplish a big step or a small one, remember to congratulate yourself for your hard work.
