HAMSTRING STRETCH
It’s best to do this stretch as a cool-down after you’ve warmed up your hamstrings with exercise. Be sure to check with your doctor before starting an exercise routine.

Sit up straight with your legs straight out in front of you.

Bend one knee up and let it drop to the side, away from your body.

Slowly slide your hands down your outstretched leg until you feel a gentle stretch in the back of it. Hold for a short time.

Then, swap leg positions and stretch the other side.
